MLB: Colorado 4, Chicago Cubs 3

CHICAGO, April 27 (UPI) -- Jorge De Le Rosa yielded only one earned run over seven innings and Todd Helton homered twice Tuesday in the Colorado Rockies' 4-3 win over the Chicago Cubs.

De Le Rosa (4-0) earned his fourth win in five starts, holding the Cubs to two total runs on six hits, walking none and striking out nine for the Rockies.

Huston Street earned his ninth save despite surrendering a ninth-inning solo homer to Alfonso Soriano.

Helton socked bases-empty homers in the first and fifth innings while Ty Wigginton also went deep and Troy Tulowitzki added an RBI double for Colorado.

James Russell (1-3) absorbed the loss, allowing all four runs on five hits over a four-inning start for the Cubs.

Jeff Baker had two hits and an RBI as Chicago lost for the fifth time in six games.
