ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., April 17 (UPI) -- Brian Duensing held Tampa Bay to two runs over seven innings Sunday and the Minnesota Twins rallied to post a 4-2 victory over the Rays.

Glen Perkins tossed a scoreless eighth frame and Matt Capps, newly promoted to closer after the ineffectiveness of Joe Nathan, nailed down his first save of the year in the ninth.
Jason Repko's run-scoring single tied the game in the fifth and the Twins took the lead on catcher Kelly Shoppach's throwing error.
Rays starter Jeremy Hellickson (1-2) surrendered four runs on six hits in a seven-inning start.
