TALLADEGA, Ala., April 16 (UPI) -- Kyle Busch took the lead in the final lap Saturday and hung on to win a wild, crash-filled Nationwide Series race at Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama.

Busch got a bump from drafting partner and Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Joey Logano during the second green-white-checkered finish attempt and grabbed the lead as the race ended under a caution flag due to a late crash.

Mike Wallace went airborne on the final lap, flipping several times after running into Jason Leffler on the backstretch.

Busch got caught up in an earlier multi-car crash involving a dozen drivers but emerged unscathed. The race featured a record 57 lead changes and 11 cautions.

Third place went to Joe Nemechek and Brad Keselowski finished fourth.

The fifth spot went to pole-sitter Elliott Sadler.
