NBA: Utah 107, Denver 103

SALT LAKE CITY, April 13 (UPI) -- Al Jefferson put Utah in front with 36 seconds remaining Wednesday and the Jazz held on to down Denver 107-103.

Jefferson's hook shot gave the Jazz a 105-103 lead and Gordon Hayward wrapped up the victory by hitting two foul shots with 9 seconds to play.

Hayward scored 34 points and Devin Harris added 21 for Utah, which won its final two games of the season and finished with a 39-43 record.

Denver will take a 51-31 record into the post-season, where the Nuggets will open as the road team against Oklahoma City in the first round.

Wilson Chandler led Denver with 27 points. Al Harrington contributed 15.
