SANDY, Utah, April 13 (UPI) -- Fabian Espindola scored in the closing moments of stoppage time Wednesday, lifting Real Salt Lake to a 1-0 victory over Colorado.

There were few scoring chances for either side until Salt Lake's Javier Morales curled a free kick around the wall and hit the post. The ball bounced to Espindola, who delivered his first goal of the season.

Salt Lake improved to 4-0-0 and extended its home unbeaten streak to 27 games. Colorado (3-2) has lost two in a row.
