ATLANTA, April 10 (UPI) -- Cole Hamels and two relievers teamed up for a five-hit shutout Sunday and the Philadelphia Phillies posted a 3-0 victory over Atlanta.
Hamels (1-1) yielded four hits over seven scoreless frames, walking one and fanning eight.

Ryan Madson hurled a scoreless eighth and Jose Contreras picked up his second save with a 1-2-3 ninth for Philadelphia, which took the rubber match of a three-game series at Turner Field.
Shane Victorino went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and two runs scored as the Phillies improved to 7-2 to start the season.
Derek Lowe (1-2) absorbed the hard-luck loss for the Braves, surrendering only two runs on seven hits over seven innings of work.
