MLB: Milwaukee 6, Chicago Cubs 0

MILWAUKEE, April 9 (UPI) -- Prince Fielder stroked three doubles en route to four RBI Saturday in the Milwaukee Brewers' 6-0 whitewash of the Chicago Cubs.

Chris Narveson (1-0) tossed seven shutout innings, yielding six hits, striking out nine and only issuing only one walk as Milwaukee won for the fourth time in five games.

Sean Green and Marco Estrada each hurled a scoreless inning of relief to complete the shutout.

Ryan Braun added an RBI double and scored three time for the Brewers.

Chicago starter Matt Garza (0-1) was roughed up for five runs on eight hits over 5 2/3 innings, striking out eight while walking three.
