NBA: Indiana 114, Atlanta 102

INDIANAPOLIS, April 8 (UPI) -- Danny Granger led the way with 28 points Friday and the Indiana Pacers never trailed in fighting off Atlanta 114-102.

The Pacers, headed for a first-round playoff encounter with Chicago, won a foul-plagued game against a team that will finish fifth in the Eastern Conference this season.

Atlanta and Indiana combined to make 51-of-69 foul shots.

Darren Collison chipped in 16 points for the Pacers, who won their second straight. Roy Hibbert had 14 and Tyler Hansbrough scored 13.

Jeff Teague produced 21 points off the bench for Atlanta, which will meet Orlando in the opening round. Indiana outrebounded the Hawks by 13.
