Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 1 (UPI) -- Andres Mendoza and Eddie Gaven scored in the second half Friday to give Columbus a 2-0 victory over FC Dallas.
Dallas played with just 10 men after Jackson Goncalves was given two yellow cards a minute apart in the first half.
Mendoza scored on a penalty kick in the 54th minute and Gaven added a goal in stoppage time, improving the Crew's record to 1-1-1.
Dallas fell to 0-2-1.
