SAN ANTONIO, March 28 (UPI) -- Andre Miller scored 26 points Monday and the Portland Trail Blazers handed NBA-best San Antonio a fourth straight loss with a 100-92 decision.

Wesley Matthews added 19 points to go with five rebounds and Nicolas had 10 points and 13 boards as the Trail Blazers beat San Antonio for the second time in four days.

Portland improved its lead over New Orleans for the Western Conference's sixth seed to a full game with the win, which snapped a four-game road losing streak for the Blazers.

The Spurs retained the NBA's best record at 57-17 but have dropped all four games since losing forward Tim Duncan to a sprained left ankle.

The loss narrowed their cushion over the second-place Los Angeles Lakers in the West to 3 1/2 games.

George Hill put in 27 points and Tiago Splitter provided 14 and nine boards for San Antonio, which was also playing without injured guards Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker.
