MLS: Real Salt Lake 4, Los Angeles 1

SANDY, Utah, March 27 (UPI) -- Javier Morales scored a pair of goals Saturday and Real Salt Lake went on to dominate Los Angeles 4-1.

Andy Williams scored in the first half and Paulo Araujo Jr. scored in the 68th minute to make it 4-0 for RSL (2-0-0), which issued an early-season statement with a convincing win over the Galaxy.

Williams and Morales provided RSL a 2-0 lead before 10 minutes had gone by and Salt Lake never looked back.

The Galaxy (1-1-1) got its only goal from Juan Pablo Angel late in the second half.
