NBA: Sacramento 110, Indiana 93

INDIANAPOLIS, March 25 (UPI) -- DeMarcus Cousins led a balanced Sacramento attack with 18 points Friday and the Kings broke it open in the second period en route to a 110-93 win over Indiana.

Sacramento had won only seven road games all season before heading out on its current trip, during which the Kings have gone 3-1. They have also won at Minnesota and Milwaukee during the journey, which has one game remaining.

Francisco Garcia and Samuel Dalembert both produced 16 points for the Kings while Marcus Thornton and Donte Green had 15 each.

Sacramento outscored Indiana by 14 points in the second period while taking a 55-37 halftime lead and the Kings were not threatened over the final two quarters.

Tyreke Evans, who had been out of action for six weeks due to plantar fasciitis, played 17 minutes and scored six points.

Danny Granger had 20 points for Indiana, which began the evening in eighth place in the Eastern Conference with a three-game cushion over Milwaukee and Charlotte.
