SACRAMENTO, March 17 (UPI) -- Ramon Sessions put Cleveland in front with 18.1 seconds to play Wednesday and the Cavaliers held on to defeat Sacramento 97-93.

It was Cleveland's 13th win this season, three fewer than Sacramento and Washington, and just the fifth road win for the Cavaliers.

A layup by Sessions gave Cleveland a 95-93 lead and, after DeMarcus Cousins missed a layup for Sacramento with 4 seconds remaining, Alonzo Gee hit two free throws to wrap up the rare victory.

Sessions scored 20 points and J.J. Hickson had 17 points and eight rebounds.

Marcus Thornton had 23 points for Sacramento, which has the worst record in the Western Conference at 16-50.
