NBA: Golden State 100, Minnesota 77

OAKLAND, Calif., March 14 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry fired in 24 points to go with nine rebounds and six assists Sunday in the Golden State Warriors' 100-77 bruising of Minnesota.

Monta Ellis and Dorell Wright each added 16 points as the Warriors scored 33 points off 26 Minnesota turnovers while cruising to only their third victory in 10 games.


Louis Amundson contributed 11 points and seven boards and Golden State's ball-hawking defense notched 16 steals against Minnesota.

The Timberwolves' Kevin Love saw his streak of 53 consecutive games with a double-double come to end, scoring only six points to go with 12 rebounds and five assists.

Michael Beasley and Martell Webster each scored 16 points for Minnesota, which lost to Golden State for the sixth time in seven meetings.
