NBA: Orlando 106, Sacramento 102

SACRAMENTO, March 10 (UPI) -- Hedo Turkoglu broke a string of missed free throws with 3 seconds left Wednesday to finally wrap up the Orlando Magic's 106-102 victory over Sacramento.

The Magic had missed three straight foul shots before Turkoglu clinched a win that opened Orlando's five-game road trip.

Orlando's Dwight Howard -- suspended by the NBA for one game for picking up his NBA-high 16th technical foul of the season last Friday -- returned to score 16 points and grab 15 rebounds.

After DeMarcus Cousins made two free throws with 34 seconds to go to draw Sacramento within three, Jason Richardson missed two from the line for the Magic. Luther Head then missed a 3-point shot for the Kings that would have tied it and Omri Casspi fouled Turkoglu.

Turkoglu missed his first attempt, but his second one gave the Magic a four-point cushion. Orlando ended a two-game skid and moved within 2 1/2 games of slumping Miami for the lead in the Southeast Division.

Jameer Nelson led Orlando with 26 points and Richardson had 19.

Sacramento, which has lost four in a row, got 29 points from Cousins and 22 from Marcus Thornton.
