SAN JOSE, Calif., March 6 (UPI) -- Loui Eriksson and Jason Williams rallied Dallas with third-period goals Saturday and the Stars posted a 3-2 comeback win over San Jose.

Entering the final frame trailing 2-1, Eriksson pulled the Stars even 7:37 into the third on wrist shot. Williams got the go-ahead tally only 5 minutes later to give Dallas a much-needed win.

Jamie Benn added a goal and an assist, and Kari Lehtonen held on through an intense third period, turning aside 29-of-31 total shots as the Stars gained two points in the tight Western Conference playoff race and snapped San Jose's eight-game winning streak.

Kyle Wellwood and Patrick Marleau scored and Antti Niemi made 25 saves for the Pacific Division-leading Sharks.
