The Lakers won for the 11th time in 14 games thanks, in part, to a defensive effort that held San Antonio to 36 percent shooting from the floor while Andrew Bynum blocked three shots.

San Antonio's Tony Parker was held to 14 points on 6-of-14 shooting and Gary Neal hit a trio of 3-pointers en route to 15 points off the bench.

The Spurs lost at home for the first time since Nov. 26.
