FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Marcus Britt scored on a layup with 16.3 seconds to play in overtime Wednesday and Arkansas survived down the stretch to stun No. 22 Kentucky 77-76.
A turnover by Kentucky's Brandon Knight led to Britt's layup and Knight then missed three shots over the final 9 seconds to end the Wildcats' hopes.
Knight also missed his last two field goal tries at the end of regulation after Julysses Nobles had made a layup for Arkansas that tied it with 42 seconds left.
Kentucky Coach John Calipari failed in a bid to pick up his 500th career victory.
Rotnei Clark led Arkansas with 26 points and Marshawn Powell had 22. The Razorbacks (17-10, 6-7 Southeastern Conference) have won three out of four.
It was the fourth straight road loss for Kentucky (19-8, 7-6).
