Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
MADISON, Wis., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Keaton Nankivil went 5-for-5 from 3-point territory Sunday, keying 10th-ranked Wisconsin's 76-66 victory over Penn State.
Nankivil finished with 22 points on 8-of-9 shooting overall and Jon Leuer contributed 22 points, 10 rebounds and three assists for the Badgers (20-6, 10-4 Big Ten), who won their 18th straight home game.
Jordan Taylor added 13 points and seven assists, and Josh Gasser had 11 points and five assists as Wisconsin downed Penn State for the 15th consecutive meeting.
Talor Battle pumped in 23 points and Jeff Brooks added 16 for the Nittany Lions (14-12, 7-8), who dropped their eighth straight road game against a ranked opponent.
