COL BKB: Purdue 76, Ohio State 63

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- E'Twaun Moore connected on seven 3-pointers en route in 38 points for No. 11 Purdue Sunday and the Boilermakers bested No. 3 Ohio State 76-63.

Moore went 13-of-18 from the field and dished off five assists while JuJuan Johnson added 13 points and six rebounds for Purdue (22-5, 11-3 Big Ten), which gained a game on the first-place Buckeyes in the Big Ten standings with the win.

Lewis Jackson chipped in with nine points and Kelsey Barlow contributed eight off the bench as Purdue enhanced its hopes of landing a No. 1 or 2 seed in the post-season NCAA Tournament.

Jared Sullinger put in 25 points for the Buckeyes (25-2, 12-2), who shot only 38.3 percent from the floor in losing for the second time in their past three Big Ten games.

Ohio State had been undefeated before a Feb. 12 loss to Wisconsin.
