COL BKB: Missouri 76, Iowa State 70

AMES, Iowa, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Marcus Denmon poured in 25 points Saturday and No. 21 Missouri won its first conference road game with a 76-70 decision over Iowa State.

Laurence Bowers added 16 points and seven rebounds and Ricardo Ratliffe came off the bench to score 10 points with 10 rebounds for the Tigers (21-6, 7-5 Big 12), who ended their road drought against the lowly Cyclones.

Denmon went 9-of-14 from the field for Missouri, which shot 49.1 percent in its seventh straight over win Iowa State.

Jake Anderson led the Cyclones (14-13, 1-11) with 17 points. Calvin Godfrey contributed 13 points and 10 rebounds off the bench in the setback.
