Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

NEWARK, N.J., Feb. 15 (UPI) -- James Bell scored eight of his game-high 21 points down the stretch Tuesday, sparking No. 14 Villanova to a 60-57 victory over Seton Hall.
Bell's late points helped turn back a challenge by the Pirates and lifted the Wildcats (20-6, 8-5 Big East) to their third win in seven games.
Bell connected on 4-of-6 from beyond the arc and Corey Fisher chipped in with 12 points for Villanova, which outrebounded the Pirates 36-20.
Antonio Pena grabbed 11 boards to go with 10 points for Villanova.
Seton Hall (11-15, 5-9) was led by Jeremy Hazell with 25 points and four steals.
