NBA: Portland 109, Chicago 103

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 8 (UPI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge pumped in 42 points and grabbed eight rebounds Monday in the Portland Trail Blazers' 109-103 victory over Chicago.

Aldridge went 15-of-23 from the floor and hit 12-of-14 free throws to pace the Trail Blazers, who shot 51.5 percent en route to their 10th win in 12 home games against the Bulls.

Andre Miller chipped in with 27 points, 11 rebounds and four steals and Rudy Fernandez added 18 points for the victors.

Derrick Rose connected for 36 points for Chicago, which fell to 1-2 on their current five-game road trip.

Carlos Boozer contributed 17 points and 12 rebounds in the Bulls' loss.
