COLUMBIA, S.C., Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Brandon Knight poured in 23 points and Darius Miller added 18 for 12th-ranked Kentucky Saturday, pacing the Wildcats' 67-58 win over South Carolina.
Knight grabbed seven rebounds and Miller collected five boards for Kentucky (15-4, 3-2 SEC), which won for the third time in four games.

Terrence Jones added 14 points and seven rebounds and the Wildcats went on an 11-1 run midway through the first half to take control of the contest.
South Carolina (12-6, 3-2) was led by Sam Muldrow's 23 points and 13 rebounds.
