NHL: Chicago 6, Nashville 3

CHICAGO, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Troy Brouwer scored twice within 40 seconds Sunday, supplying the tying and go-ahead goals in the Chicago Blackhawks' 6-3 decision over Nashville.

Both tallies came in the third period and provided the comeback spark for the Blackhawks, who avenged a Saturday loss to the Predators in the first game of a home-and-home series.

Dave Bolland added two goals, Bryan Bickell contributed a goal and an assist and Jonathan Toews also tallied as Chicago won for the fourth time in five games.

Marty Turco, meanwhile, stopped 20 Nashville shots.

The Predators, who lost for only the second time in nine games, got two goals from J.P. Dumont and one from Martin Erat.

Anders Lindback was torched for all six goals on 34 shots for Nashville.
