NBA: Oklahoma City 118, Houston 112

HOUSTON, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- James Harden made four free throws over the final 8 seconds to halt a Houston rally Wednesday and give the Oklahoma City Thunder a 118-112 win over the Rockets.

The Thunder had not won a game in Houston since Feb. 22, 2005, when the franchise was still in Seattle.

Houston rallied to within two before Harden made his first pair of free throws with 8 seconds left. After Aaron Brooks missed a 3-point try for the Rockets, Harden tacked on two more foul shots for the final score.

Russell Westbrook had 23 points and 13 assists for the Thunder. Both Serge Ibaka and Jeff Green scored 16.

Luis Scola paced the Rockets with 31 points. It was Houston's sixth loss in seven games.
