Atlanta trailed by two when Bibby hit his key shot. Atlanta's Al Horford then blocked a layup attempt by Jose Calderon with 2 seconds to go to protect the lead and Johnson converted a pair of free throws to account for the final score.

Andrea Bargnani missed a 3-point try at the buzzer that would have sent the game into overtime.

Horford added 10 points and 13 rebounds. Atlanta won despite being outshot from the field 54 percent to 43 percent. The Hawks went to the foul line 19 more times than did the Raptors and made 16 more free throws.

Leandro Barbosa and Bargnani both had 26 points to lead the Raptors.

The lead changed hands five times over the final 80 seconds and neither side had more than a seven-point advantage throughout the game.
