NBA: San Antonio 94, Minnesota 91

SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili scored 21 points and Gary Neal canned a pair of late 3-pointers Sunday in the San Antonio Spurs' 94-91 victory over Minnesota.

Neal, who finished with 13 points, responded with a trey after the Timberwolves had pulled within two at 80-78 with 8 minutes left and struck again after Minnesota had cut the Spurs' lead to 83-81 with 6:50 to go.

Antonio McDyess, Richard Jefferson, Tony Parker, Matt Bonner, and George Hill all hit double figures in the Spurs' win.

Kevin Love scored 18 points and added 17 rebounds as the Wolves lost their fourth straight.
