Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
CARSON, Calif., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- The U.S. men's national soccer team opened its practice sessions in California Tuesday for this month's friendly against Chile.
Coach Bob Bradley has 24 players on the roster for the Jan. 22 match in Carson, Calif.
Most of the American players come from the Major Soccer League, although four play for European sides.
Workouts will take place through Saturday at the Home Depot Center.
