COL BKB: Baylor 68, Texas Southern 60

WACO, Texas, Jan. 2 (UPI) -- LaceDarius Dunn led a parade of four Baylor starters in double figures Sunday, netting 17 points in the 23rd-ranked Bears' 68-60 win over Texas Southern.

Quincy Acy added 16 points and eight rebounds, A.J. Walton chipped in with 13 points and seven boards, and Anthony Jones contributed 11 and seven for Baylor (9-3).

The Bears played opportunistic defense, recording 12 steals and forcing 21 Texas Southern turnovers.

Travele Jones led the Tigers (2-9) with 21 points and Lawrence Johnson Danner added 12.
