
CINCINNATI, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Clint Stitser kicked four field goals and Cedric Benson rushed for 150 yards and a TD Sunday, keying the Cincinnati Bengals' 19-17 win over Cleveland.
Stitser gave the Bengals the lead for good at 10-7 on a 25-yarder with less than five minutes remaining in the first half, and then connected on second-half boots of 39, 34 and 20 yards to preserve the victory.
Carson Palmer went 14-of-23 through the air for 209 yards for Cincinnati (3-11), which won for the first time since Sept. 26.
Andre Caldwell caught four passes for 89 yards for the victors.
The Browns (5-9), who lost for the fourth time in six games, were led by Colt McCoy, who completed 19-of-25 throws for 243 yards with two touchdowns.
Brian Robiskie and Robert Royal each hauled down scoring passes in the loss.
