PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge and Andre Miller scored 17 points each Saturday, helping Portland edge Golden State 96-95.

Aldridge also had 12 rebounds, while Miller recorded eight assists and four steals in the Trail Blazers' second straight win after three losses.

Monta Ellis led the Warriors with 26 points but missed a jump shot at the buzzer that would have won the game. Reggie Williams added 16 points for Golden State, which lost for the eighth time in nine outings.

The Warriors came back from a 15-point deficit in the final period but in the end their 18 turnovers were too much to overcome.
