Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

WACO, Texas, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- LaceDarius Dunn scored 24 points Wednesday and No. 9 Baylor held Bethune-Cookman to 15 field goals in downing the Wildcats 83-39.
The Bears remained unbeaten in seven games this season but should get a test Saturday in Dallas when they take on Gonzaga.
Baylor shot 53 percent from the field and turned the game into a rout by outscoring Bethune-Cookman in the second half 45-17. The Wildcats scored only two points over the final 8 minutes.
Quincy Acy added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Bears.
Bethune-Cookman (5-6) was led by 13 points from C.J. Reed.
