Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
CHICAGO, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Chicago Blackhawks right wing Patrick Kane will miss three weeks with a lower body injury, Coach Joel Quenneville said Tuesday.
Kane was hurt early in Chicago's game against Calgary on Sunday when he hit the boards awkwardly.
His 11 goals and 16 assists in 28 games this season is second-best on the team behind Patrick Sharp, helping the Blackhawks to second place in the Central Division of the Western Conference.
