EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs combined for 200 yards rushing Sunday in the New York Giants' 31-7 rout of Washington.

Bradshaw ran for 97 yards and two touchdowns -- becoming a 1,000-yard rusher for the first time in his career -- and Jacobs contributed 103 yards and a pair of scores for New York (8-4), which retained a share of first place in the NFC East with the win.

Eli Manning went 15-of-25 through the air, gaining 161 yards, and the Giants' defense forced six turnovers in beating Washington for the fifth straight time.

The Redskins (5-7) got 296 yards on 26-of-44 passing from Donovan McNabb, who threw for a TD but was also picked off twice.

The loss was the fourth in five games for the sputtering Redskins.
