Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

DALLAS, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Stephane Robidas delivered a power-play goal with 1:23 to go in overtime Saturday, lifting Dallas to a 4-3 win over Minnesota.
The Stars won their sixth straight while the Wild lost for the fifth straight time.
Brent Burns was sent to the penalty box for tripping in the extra period and Robidas scored 61 seconds later. A pass from Mike Ribeiro traveled from the right circle into the high slot, from where Robidas sent a one-timer past Jose Theodore.
Dallas let a two-goal lead get away and then regained the advantage on Adam Burish's tip-in 5:57 into the third. Martin Havlat tied it with 3:09 to play in regulation.
Kari Lehtonen picked up the win with 28 saves. Theodore stopped 29 shots.
