WACO, Texas, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- LaceDarius Dunn scored 24 points and ignited a surge early in the second half that carried No. 10 Baylor to a 68-54 win over Arizona State.
Dunn made 6-of-12 shots from 3-point range to keep the Bears unbeaten in their six games this season.
Arizona State scored the first six points of the second half to forge a 33-33 tie, but Dunn put Baylor in front for good by hitting a 3-pointer 1:13 into the period.
A.J. Walton added 13 points and five rebounds for the Bears.
Arizona State (3-3) was led by Rihards Kuksiks with 13 points. A key to the Baylor victory was its dominance on the backboards, where the Bears held a 36-20 advantage.
