ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 26 (UPI) -- An 18-point effort from Scootie Randall Friday allowed No. 20 Temple to fight off Georgia 65-58 in a consolation game at the Old Spice Classic.
Temple was forced into the losers' bracket after falling to California Thursday and the Owls will play Texas A&M Sunday for fifth place in the tournament.

Juan Fernandez hit a key 3-pointer with 2:08 remaining, boosting Temple's lead to 59-51. It was one of 10 3-pointers made by the Owls in 20 attempts.
Ramone Moore added 14 points for Temple (3-1).
Georgia (3-2) got 16 points from Gerald Robinson and 14 from Travis Leslie.
