NHL: Tampa Bay 2, Buffalo 1

BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Adam Hall's unassisted goal off a misplay by goaltender Patrick Lalime Saturday led to the Tampa Bay Lightning's 2-1 win over Buffalo.

Hall scored midway through the second period off Lalime's error and the Bolts hung on to win a third consecutive game for the first time since they began the season 3-0.

Teddy Purcell got Tampa Bay's other tally and Mike Smith made 29 saves for the Lightning.

Buffalo got its only score from Thomas Vanek and Lalime ended up making 20 saves in the setback.
