CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Stephen Jackson produced the first triple-double in Charlotte's franchise history Saturday, catapulting the Bobcats to a 123-105 victory over Phoenix.
Jackson hit for 24 points, pulled down 10 rebounds and had 10 assists as Charlotte bounced back from a road loss to Miami the night before.
Jackson's effort was complemented by Boris Diaw's game-high 26 points and six assists, and Tyrus Thomas's 22 points and six rebounds off the bench. D.J. Augustin and Gerald Wallace also hit double figures.
In losing their third straight, the Sun got 23 points from Grant Hill and 18 from Hedo Turkoglu.
Goran Dragic, starting in place of Steve Nash, who is injured, tossed in 17 points to go with 10 assists, and Jason Richardson finished with 13 points for Phoenix.
