Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

PHOENIX, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Hakim Warrick's 21 points helped the Phoenix Suns post their fifth win in six games Monday, a 100-94 decision over the Denver Nuggets.
Steve Nash and Channing Frye each added 15 points and Grant Hill contributed 14 more in the Suns' third straight win overall.
Carmelo Anthony's driving layup with 3:55 left got the Nuggets to within three at 92-89, but Nash and Hedo Turkoglu answered with 3-pointers to seal the victory for Phoenix.
Anthony finished with 20 points and 22 rebounds, and Arron Afflalo added 15 points for the Nuggets, who lost for the third time in four games.
