NFL: Jacksonville 31, Houston 24

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Mike Thomas scored a touchdown off a deflected, last-second pass Sunday and the Jacksonville Jaguars stunned Houston 31-24.

Thomas was in the right place when David Garrard launched a "Hail Mary" pass on the final play of the game, one of eight receptions he made on the day for a career-high 149 yards.

Garrard racked up 342 aerial yards and two touchdowns on 24-of-31 passing for the Jaguars (5-4), who registered their second straight victory.

Maurice Jones-Drew gained 100 yards and scored twice in the Jags' win.

Matt Schaub piled up 314 yards and struck for a pair of touchdowns for the Texans (4-5), who lost their third straight.
