CHAMPAIGN, Ill., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Demetri McCamey and D.J. Richardson combined for 34 points Saturday, helping No. 16 Illinois roll over Southern Illinois 85-63.

McCamey scored 18 points and added nine assists. Richardson chipped in with 16 points for the Illini (3-0), who racked up their third decisive win over a non-conference opponent.

Illinois also got 14 points and seven rebounds from Mike Davis.

Justin Bocot and Carlton Fray led the outmanned Salukis (0-1) with 14 and 13 points, respectively.
