Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

PHOENIX, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Steve Nash had a season-best 28 points Friday and the Phoenix Suns put on a late burst to fight off Sacramento 103-89.
The Kings trailed by just three with 7 minutes to play before the Suns began to pull away.
Nash added 14 points and seven rebounds in helping Phoenix hand Sacramento its fourth straight loss. The Kings have dropped each of their last 10 trips to Arizona.
Hakim Warrick had 18 points in a reserve role for Phoenix. Jason Richardson scored 14 points and the Suns posted their third win in four games.
Sacramento was led by 20 points and 11 rebounds from Carl Landry.
Phoenix outshot the Kings 51 percent to 40.
