NHL: Boston 4, Ottawa 0

OTTAWA, Oct. 30 (UPI) -- Tim Thomas collected his third shutout of the season Saturday, making 29 saves in the Boston Bruins' 4-0 decision over Ottawa.

Thomas continued his hot start to the 2010-11 campaign, becoming the first Bruins goalie since Tiny Thompson in 1937 to win his first six starts.

The Bruins also remained unbeaten on the road took their sixth win in seven games at Ottawa. They got goals from David Krejci, Tyler Seguin, Milan Lucic and Jordan Caron in the victory.

Brian Elliott was touched for four goals on 25 shots for Ottawa.
