Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
DENVER, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- Darren McFadden scored three rushing touchdowns and added a receiving score Sunday in the Oakland Raiders' 59-14 thrashing of Denver.
The 59-point offensive output was the most for a single game in the Raiders' franchise history.
McFadden racked up 165 yards on 16 carries and Jason Campbell went 12-of-20 passing for 204 yards for Oakland (3-4), which broke its previous highest-scoring game record of 52 points.
Oakland won for a fourth straight time in Denver -- the first time it has done so since 1974-77.
Also finding the end zone in the Raiders' rout were Marcel Reece, Michael Bush and Zach Miller.
The Broncos' Kyle Orton completed 12-of-29 passes for 198 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Denver (2-5) suffered its worst loss since bowing to Kansas City 56-10 on Oct. 23, 1966.
