SUNRISE, Fla., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- David Booth scored twice and Tomas Vokoun stopped all 29 Tampa Bay shots Saturday in the Florida Panthers' 6-0 rout of the Lightning.

Booth added an assist, Rostislav Olesz scored and had two assists, and Bryan McCabe racked up four helpers in the one-sided win, in which the Panthers bombarded the Lightning with four first-period goals.

Vokoun, meanwhile, collected his second straight shutout after also blanking Calgary Thursday and posted the 40th whitewash of his career.

Bolts goalie Dan Ellis was rocked for three goals on 15 shots before being pulled in the first period. Mike Smith came in and stopped 20-of-23 shots as Tampa Bay lost its first game of the season.
