DANVILLE, Calif., Oct. 15 (UPI) -- Gwladys Nocera and Beatriz Recari swept past a struggling Brittany Lincicome Friday and shared the lead after two rounds of the CVS LPGA Challenge.

Both Nocera and Recari are attempting to win their first event on the LPGA Tour and both shot a 6-under 66 at the Blackhawk Country Club to tie for the top spot at 134.

Amy Hung was alone in third at 135 following a 68 and those tied for fourth at 136 included Il Hee Lee, Stacy Lewis, Wendy Ward and Michele Redman.

Lincicome had a four-shot lead after the opening round thanks to an 11-under 61, which equaled the second-lowest score in relation to par ever shot on the LPGA Tour. She played her first 11 holes Friday in 1-under and had a two-shot lead before stumbling down the stretch -- where she suffered a triple-bogey on the par-4 14th and finished with a 4-over 76 that left her tied for eighth place three shots behind the co-leaders.
