NFL: Tampa Bay 24, Cincinnati 21

CINCINNATI, Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Connor Barth booted a 31-yard field goal with one second left Sunday, handing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a 24-21 victory over Cincinnati.

The winning kick capped a rally that saw the Bucs erase a seven-point deficit in the game's last 90 seconds thanks to a pair of clutch interceptions by Aqib Talib and Sabby Piscitelli.

Josh Freeman completed 20-of-33 passes for 280 yards, one interception and a 20-yard touchdown toss to Mike Williams for the Buccaneers (3-1). Williams made seven grabs for 99 yards on the day.

Micheal Spurlock set up the game-winning field goal with a key reception en route to total of three grabs for 35 yards.

Cincinnati (2-3) was led by Carson Palmer, who went 21-of-36 for 209 yards, with two touchdowns and three interceptions.

Seven completions went to Terrell Owens, who posted 102 yards and a score.
