CLEVELAND, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Seneca Wallace passed for 184 yards Sunday, leading the Cleveland Browns to their first win of season, a 23-20 victory over Cincinnati.

Wallace turned in an efficient game, completing 18-of-30 passes with one interception for the Browns (1-3), who finally won a game after three close losses.

Peyton Hillis gained 102 rushing yards with a touchdown on 27 carries and Ben Watson hauled in six receptions for 60 yards.

Cleveland won for only the second time in 11 games against AFC North opponents.

Terrell Owens had the third-best day of his career as a receiver, piling up 222 yards and a touchdown on 10 receptions from Carson Palmer (371 yards, 25-of-36 passing).

But it wasn't enough for to pull out a win for the Bengals (2-2).
